Track 01 / Site & earthworks
Land preparation & reclamation.
Responsible excavation, grading, drainage, soil recovery and environmental restoration are foundational infrastructure—not an afterthought.
Site feasibility stage
No specific parcel or excavation permit is claimed. All proposed earthworks depend on landowner permission, geotechnical review, hydrology, environmental requirements and qualified engineering.
Build scope
- Site screening: land use, title, mineral rights, floodplain, access, existing disturbance and contamination history.
- Topographic mapping, drainage paths and engineered cut-and-fill planning.
- Soil rehabilitation, erosion prevention, water quality and habitat restoration.
- Productive reuse: safe homestead sites, ponds where suitable, greenways, food production and infrastructure corridors.
- Document equipment requirements, material handling, costs, permitting and restoration obligations.
Next deliverables
Site evaluation checklist
Document legal, environmental and physical constraints before selecting equipment or excavation sequences.
Concept grading and water plan
Define drainage objectives and candidate disturbed-land rehabilitation approaches.
Professional feasibility review
Obtain the appropriate independent engineering and regulatory input before physical works.
